What is SmartCall SMS?

SmartCall SMS web-based software solution for managing your guest waitlist. SmartCall SMS is provided in two forms for the same low, monthly price; (1) a standalone solution providing the ability manage your waitlist and send messages to Guest's mobile phones via SMS text message, or (2) a fully integrated solution to our HME Wireless pagers. Allowing users to contact guests via SMS text message and on-site paging.

What do I need to use SmartCall SMS?

The only equipment that you need to utilize the waitlist functions is a computer or mobile device that can access the Internet. This will allow you to send SMS text messages to nearly all mobile phone providers. For integration to our HME Wireless' paging systems, you will additionally require the HME Wireless' Integration Station transmitter, an available private or static IP address on your network, and HME Wireless pagers.

SmartCall SMS is optimized for use with Firefox version 4.0 or greater operating on Windows Vista/7. It is also compatible with Safari, Google Chrome and versions of Internet Explorer through IE 9.0; some images may render differently and may be solved by choosing “Compatibility Mode” on your browser. HME Wireless is committed to improving the user experience for all common browsers and works continuously to achieve that goal. Currently, SmartCall SMS is optimized for a laptop or desktop computer. Though some images may render differently, SmartCall SMS is fully functional with most common mobile devices, such as iPad or Android tablets. We expect complete, native compatibility with common mobile devices in the upcoming months.

After signing up, you will be contacted by a sales representative from HME Wireless to explain our service plans and answer any questions that you may have. At the end of the 30-Day trial, it is your choice to remain a user of SmartCall SMS. If you choose to remain, you will be signed up for the monthly service plan agreed to with your HME Wireless sales representative. If you choose not to, your user ID will be deactivated.

SmartCall SMS is a monthly service that you can cancel at any time. With each monthly service fee, you will receive an allocation of SMS text messages for use.

You may cancel your account at any time by notifying HME Wireless in via electronic mail at SmartCallCancellation@hme.com, or in writing by mailing your request to HME Wireless, 1400 Northbrook Parkway, Suite 320, Suwanee, GA 30024. Attention: Accounting Department. Your SmartCall SMS account will remain active until your next billing cycle, at which time it will be deactivated and your billing will cease. HME Wireless does not provide refunds for pro-rated months of service or message allocations not used.

Data in each account's history is archived for 90 days on the SmartCall SMS servers. After 90 days, all history records are purged in their entirety. HME Wireless does not use the information provided on the waitlist or staff list for any purpose other than contacting the appropriate party. HME Wireless will not sell or share the party information with a third party company for use of solicitation or promotion.
