Technology

A wireless call system pager is a simple radio-like device that listens for the transmitter to send it a signal. The transmitter is activated by the user when they wish to alert the pager. For example, you have distributed 12 pagers to customers waiting in your facility. You are ready for the customer with pager number 3, you would enter pager 3 in your transmitter and press send. The message would go to the wireless call system pager, and it would vibrate, beep, light-up or all 3.

Each transmitter has a unique identification so you can operate 2 paging systems near each other and not cause interference or page the wrong person. Each wireless call system pager has a specific identification that listens for the transmitter to send a message.
